Spaghetti Carbonara

Ingredients

185g sliced ham cut into strips
4 eggs
1/3 cup cream
90g grated fresh parmesan
500g spaghetti
freshly ground black pepper.

Method

Cook ham in a nonstick frying pan for 2-3 minutes.
Place eggs, cream and parmesan cheese in a bowl and beat lightly to combine.

Cook spaghetti in boiling water in a large saucepan following packet directions. Drain spaghetti, add egg mixture and ham and toss so that the heat of the
spaghetti cooks the sauce.

Season to taste with black pepper and serve immediately.
